Jurutera TSSC Lim Sdn. Bhd. was engaged to design a high-end service apartment. The design consists 3 towers each containing 28 storeys and a 3 level basement. The building is situated at the former site of St. Mary's school near KLCC.

Bored piles with diameters ranging 600mm to 1800mm and Diaphragm wall of 600mm to 1000mm thick with ground anchors were designed as substructures and retaining structure. Flab Slab Floor is adopted to increase the clear height of the unit. The superstructures are supported by transfer beams at Level 2 and which in turn supported by 1.2m diameter composite steel columns.

The total costs of construction for this development is approximately RM 350 million.
