Jurutera TSSC Lim Sdn. Bhd. was the civil and structural engineering consultant for 92 units semi-detach and bungalow, located at Jalan Semantan, Damansara Height. The construction work began on 2004 and completed on 2006.

The reinforced wall constructed was 20m high, located along Jalan Semantan, was supported by stone column. The purpose of the wall was to facilitate the formation almost flat platform level for the semi-detached and bungalow units. The buildings were supported by R.C. Square piles installed at designated location away from the reinforced earth wall metal strip reinforced. The Superstructure was designed as reinforced concrete frame.

The total costs of construction for this development is approximately RM 75 million.
